THE NEW CD IS HERE
EXPLORATION OF
THE BLACK EXTERIOR

Kip Rosser and Howard Moscovitz have put together a collection of improvisations for theremin and keyboards that take the listener on eleven sonic jourjeys. Ranging from melodic to abstract soundscapes, each track is a musical dialogue between two musicians creating purely in the moment.

Evocative titles like Dreamt in a Moving Car and On the Road of the Broken Horse are signposts provided to send the listener's mind on its way.

You can hear samples and order at CD Baby, or directly from the manufacturer, KUNAKI.
Rosser's performances often transcend the standard recital format, making for unique events that combine genre-hopping music (from classical to jazz to popular and back again), stories, audience participation, and more.

The audience was utterly mesmerized (the appropriate word) by his playing.I cannot recommend him too highly.

startlingly beautiful demonstrations

I was immediately drawn to...the manner in which he approached instruction. Kip displayed the acuity needed to assist someone when dealing with such an abstract instrument. His astuteness quickly took me from interested to apprentice.

I know everyone shared my delight in your performance. Your discussion of the life of Mr. Theremin over the dinner table was a bonus.
